
Ghost Pepper Loaded Nachos – Melting, spicy & zesty enjoyment

Ingredients (for 4 persons)
- 1 bag of tortilla chips (natural)
- 150 g cheddar or grated cheese of your choice
- 1 can kidney beans (drained)
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 100 g corn (canned)
- 3 tablespoons Mr. Scoville Ghost Pepper Chili Sauce
- 100 g sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
- Sliced guacamole or avocado
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Spread the tortilla chips on a baking dish or baking sheet.
- Divide the kidney beans, bell pepper, red onion, corn and jalapeño over the chips.
- Sprinkle the cheese generously over the top and bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with Ghost Pepper Chili Sauce .
- Finish with sour cream, guacamole and fresh cilantro if desired.
Serving suggestion
